In this workshop action, old clothes and fabric pieces that once embraced the body, carrying memories, signs of use, wear, and history, will be transformed into a collective sculpture-garment. Through a process of deconstruction and reassembly, we will explore the relationship between identity, material, and sustainability. Participants are invited to bring garments they no longer need, personal items that once held value and are now seeking a new purpose. We will connect these pieces together, creating a large, unified fabric that will function both as a sculpture and as a living, evolving work of art. This collective creation will not be static: the final piece can be worn, moved, embraced by bodies, or reformed, depending on the interaction between the participants and the viewers.

 

This action is not just a workshop, but also a collective performance. The participants are not only creators but also part of the artwork. The act of connecting and reshaping is not just technical but a symbolic gesture that reflects our relationship with the past, identity, and how we can recreate the future through the old. The work that emerges may remain as an installation in the exhibition space or be activated through the interaction of viewers touched, worn, or evolved. In any case, the essence of "Interwoven Stories" is not the static completion of an object but the ongoing transformation, the weaving together of individual stories into a common thread.
